Online Radio Show

COPING WITH CAREGIVING is an Internet-only radio program covering all types of health and aging issues. Guests are interviewed live on Saturdays from 3-4 p.m. PT (6-7 p.m. ET), and archived for 24/7 listening-on-demand by date and topic. The host of the 7-year-old program, Jacqueline Marcell is also a published author and international speaker. Her caregiving experience compelled her to write her bestselling book Elder Rage, and she has interviewed more than 1200 healthcare professionals on her radio show, www.wsRadio.com/CopingWithCaregiving.

ABOUT THE HOST: Jacqueline barely survived the most horrific year of her life caring for her beloved parents who suffered from undiagnosed Alzheimer’s disease, and she was so furious about what she went through that she gave up her career as a television executive to become an advocate for eldercare awareness and reform. Her passion to save others from a similar experience resulted in the publication of her first bestselling book ELDER RAGE, the launching of her radio show COPING WITH CAREGIVING, and a career as an INTERNATIONAL SPEAKER (CEU/CMEs). Jacqueline’s book Elder Rage is a Book-of-the-Month Club selection with 50 endorsements, and it is currently being considered for a film. Her book is also required reading at numerous universities for courses in geriatric assessment and management. Media coverage for this author includes: TODAY, CNN, AARP Bulletin cover story, Woman’s Day and hundreds of radio and television programs.
